TQL is seeking a Campus Recruiter to manage on-campus recruiting across multiple universities in the Atlanta area. You will build relationships with faculty, students, and corporate partners to generate full-time hires and drive campus strategy.

You’ll serve as a campus expert, coordinate with Corporate and Regional Sales Recruitment teams, and lead events, fairs, and shadow programs to meet hiring goals.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Recruiting experience preferred but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage on-campus recruiting activities at multiple universities.
• Build relationships with faculty, students and campus partners.
• Source candidates and coordinate with Sales & Corporate careers recruiting teams.
• Participate in job fairs and campus events year round.
• Track metrics and report on campus hiring goals.
