As a Campus Recruiter, you will be responsible for executing the full cycle of recruitment activities for entry-levels positions and internships. You play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and attracting young talents to our business.

Your key responsibilities
· Manage the full-cycle campus recruitment from sourcing to offers
· Work closely with the hiring team to develop an understanding of business needs and provide regular updates on progress or insights to guide hiring decisions
· Plan and execute recruitment related events, building a strong brand presence to attract junior talents
· Represent the firm to participate in career fairs and events to share information on the firm and career opportunities
· Engage and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
· Identify and drive improvements to enhance the effectiveness of the recruitment process
· Utilize insightful datasets to drive decision making
· Update recruitment tracking data and preparation of employee reports and recruitment analytics as and when required

To qualify for the role you must have
· University Degree
· 2 to 4 years of relevant working experience in high volume recruitment or similar HR role.
· Strong proficiency in MS Office
· Analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel, Power BI) to extract insights, analyze and facilitate decision-making.
· Resourceful self-starter who takes initiative in learning
· Highly organized with excellent follow-through and execution skills.
· Effective communicator with good writing and presentation skills
