Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Recreation Administration/Management, Leisure Studies, Sports Management, Business or related field.
• One year of experience leading and managing staff or a work team.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee equipment issue, weight room and cardio area, open recreation and locker room operations.
• Supervise and mentor ~50 Operation Attendant student employees.
• Assist with program budget, policy enforcement and facility access.
• Serve as first point of contact for patrons and uphold service standards.
