Skydio is seeking a dynamic Key Account Director, Campus to lead a national team selling into large universities and college police departments. You will recruit and develop top performers, set strategy, and drive pipeline, forecast discipline, and quota attainment while collaborating across channels and functions.

You will work with a wide buying committee and adapt the playbook for campus needs, while integrating AI tools into daily workflows and coaching your team to win in a competitive

Formación

• 2+ years leading quota‑carrying sellers as a first‑line manager.
• 4+ years total in enterprise software, hardware, or SaaS sales.
• Proven success recruiting sellers with a real network.
• Coaching approach with measurable improvements in team performance.
• Executive presence with high integrity under quota pressure.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and based in United States.
• FAA Part 107 certification within 60 days is encouraged for all Skydio employees (required for certain positions).
