Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; 2 years full-time experience with small and large-scale event management.
• Experience with event logistics.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Applications.
• Experience working with a diverse population.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and coordinating campus events and traditions across multiple campuses.
• Supervise undergraduate and graduate hourly student staff; recruit, train, evaluate.
• Monitor budgets, track expenditures, and coordinate contracts and purchasing.
• Collaborate with clubs, departments, and student life units to enhance the student experience.
