Job summary

The California State University, San Bernardino invites applications for the Student Assistant Peer Advisor position within the Jack H. Brown College of Business and Public Administration.

You will assist with peer advising, help students plan schedules, and connect them to university resources to support academic success. Qualifications

• Must be CSUSB student with 2.0 GPA or greater per semester and cumulatively.
• Enrollment of at least halftime units (6 undergrad; 3 grad).
• Eligible to work in the United States; Payroll requires Social Security Card.

Responsibilities

• Assist professional staff in meeting with JHBC students, through drop-in advising and events.
• Help students understand major requirements and course sequencing using advising resources.
• Assist students with PAWS, myCAP, class search, registration tools and campus systems.
