Qualifications

• Ability to learn and perform assigned work; follow oral instructions; read and write English.
• Admission or registration as a CSU student.
• Maintain a 2.0 GPA or greater; enrolled at CSUSB at least halftime.
• Eligible to work in the United States; payroll SS card.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to employers, faculty, staff, and students.
• Answer inquiries in person and via phone; first point of contact.
• Assist Career Center staff with day-to-day projects and errands.
• Support campus events; prepare laptops, iPads, and giveaways.
• Promote Career Center programs and services; assist with Handshake and events.
• Update social media posts regarding career-related events and workshops.
