Job summary

In this role, you’ll collaborate with campus leadership, educators, and local partners, coordinate events, and support student ambassadors in marketing and engagement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, marketing, or community engagement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow DuGood’s presence in communities served, focusing on school campus branches.
• Lead development and coordination of financial education programs, workshops, and outreach initiatives for students and partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with campus leadership, educators, students, community orgs, and local businesses.
• Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness, partnerships, and membership growth.
• Develop and execute marketing and promotional initiatives with internal teams.
• Plan and participate in campus events and outreach opportunities; support student ambassadors.
