Qualifications

• Business or Finance degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of loan processing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and professional presentation.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and stay focused.
• Solid knowledge of loan documentation, covenants, and conditions.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and word processing.

Responsibilities

• Process loan requests from initial submission through closing, funding, servicing, and beyond.
• Prepare and maintain credit files and loan packages for underwriting, approval, and closing.
• Review incoming documents and follow up when items are missing.
• Order appraisals, environmental reports, property inspections, flood searches, UCC searches, and other due diligence.
• Review loan and closing documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Verify pre-closing requirements and prepare information needed for funding.
• Maintain maturities, rate adjustments, financial reporting, insurance, and other portfolio obligations.
• Open and update business deposit accounts as needed.
