Job summary

Benedictine University is seeking a Director of Campus Partnerships and Auxiliary Services to lead the development and management of rentable campus facilities and related services.

This role drives revenue growth through partnerships, events, conferences, camps, meetings, weddings, and community programs, while overseeing Mailroom, Campus Store, and the Loading Dock to ensure efficient, customer-focused operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Event Management, Marketing, Higher Education Administration, or related field.
• Five or more years of leadership experience in sales, business development, conference services, event management, or related fields.
• Experience generating revenue, negotiating contracts, and managing client relationships.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategy to increase unrestricted revenue from campus facilities and services.
• Identify and launch new auxiliary business ventures with external partners and organizations.
• Set annual revenue goals and pricing strategies for facility utilization.
• Coordinate with Facilities, Housekeeping, Campus Safety, Athletics, Housing, Dining, IT, and Academic Affairs.
• Negotiate contracts and develop long-term partnerships.
• Oversee scheduling and utilization of rentable facilities and on-site event presence.
• Lead operations for Campus Services including Mailroom, Campus Store, and Loading Dock.
• Develop marketing strategies to promote campus facilities and services.
