• Oversee campus facility rentals and vendor relationships.
• Develop procedures and scheduling systems for auxiliary programs.
• Prepare and monitor annual budgets and identify revenue opportunities.
• Ensure licensing compliance, safety protocols, and staff qualifications.
• Lead the creation of a new department and coordinate with stakeholders.
