Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales or recruiting preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and PeopleSoft preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, cultivate, and maintain strategic recruitment partnerships with Catholic high schools, diocesan organizations, corporate partners, municipal organizations, community colleges, and other community-based organizations to expand enrollment pipelines and increase awareness of Benedictine University.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute recruitment events, information sessions, campus visits, and enrollment programming designed to engage prospective students and support enrollment conversion.
• Review and evaluate admissions applications and supporting documentation to ensure timely processing and admission decisions in accordance with institutional policies.
• Participate in departmental meetings and strategic planning to develop innovative recruitment strategies and support enrollment goals.
