Job summary

Parking Management Company is seeking a reliable Lot Attendant / Lot Auditor to help provide a smooth, safe parking experience for guests. You will direct traffic, assist customers, monitor the lot, and maintain a clean, secure area outdoors in all weather conditions.

The role emphasizes friendly, detailed customer service, accurate ticketing and payments, and collaborative teamwork with other attendants and managers. Schedule may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience preferred; positive attitude essential.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Ticketing & Payments: Issue tickets, handle payments accurately, and track money and paperwork responsibly.
• Reporting & Documentation: Complete shift logs, track tickets and revenue, and document parking activity.
• Administrative Support: Label keys, record vehicle details, and maintain organized records of parked cars.
• Security & Compliance: Check the lot regularly, report unsafe or suspicious activity, and ensure vehicles are parked securely and according to policy.
• Lot Maintenance: Keep the parking area and booth clean and presentable; assist with light cleaning or janitorial tasks as needed.
• Customer Service: Help guests with payments and parking questions while maintaining a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Teamwork & Communication: Use radios, stay in contact with the team, and support a positive work environment.
• Professionalism & Attendance: Arrive on time, follow company policies, and maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
• Additional Duties: Take on other tasks as needed to support operations, including training sessions and scheduling needs.
