Job summary

Music City Center is seeking a Security & Parking Manager to lead in-house and contracted security personnel, including EMT contractors, and direct security and life safety functions for MCC attendees, clients, guests and team members.

In this role you will develop and implement policies, supervise operations, coordinate with vendors, monitor CCTV and access control systems, and ensure compliance with fire/safety regulations while maintaining a high standard of service.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred.
• Education/Experience equivalent also considered.
• Three to five years relevant experience.
• Three years of experience as a security supervisor or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling security staff and provide guidance to security personnel.
• Oversee security operations and ensure policy compliance and enforce security and fire/safety regulations.
• Patrol buildings and grounds; respond to incidents to deter hazards.
• Operate and maintain two-way radio communications with security personnel.
• Prepare shift schedules and manage leave and overtime to ensure coverage.
• Monitor alarm systems and CCTV monitors for centralized surveillance.
• Manage access control and ensure only authorized entry to facilities.
• Oversee temporary and contracted labor at events and coordinate repairs or PM.
