Parking Management Company seeks a Lot Attendant / Lot Auditor to ensure a smooth, safe parking experience. You will direct traffic, assist guests, monitor the lot, and help keep the area clean and secure.

The role requires friendliness, attention to detail, and comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions. Responsibilities include issuing tickets and processing payments, maintaining logs, labeling keys, and ensuring compliance with safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Must be reliable and able to work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Ticketing & payments: issue tickets, handle payments, track money and paperwork.
• Reporting & documentation: complete shift logs, track tickets and revenue, document parking activity.
• Administrative support: label keys, record vehicle details, maintain records of parked cars.
• Security & compliance: check lot regularly, report unsafe or suspicious activity, ensure vehicles are parked securely.
• Lot maintenance: keep area and booth clean, assist with light cleaning or janitorial tasks.
• Customer service: assist guests with payments and parking questions with a friendly attitude.
• Teamwork & communication: use radios, stay in contact with team, support a positive work environment.
• Professionalism & attendance: arrive on time, follow policies, maintain appearance and attitude.
• Additional duties: take on tasks to support operations and attend training.
