Parking Management Company is seeking a Parking Booth Attendant to deliver outstanding guest service while handling transactions, tickets, and payments at a busy facility. You will operate POS systems, assist guests with questions, and help maintain safe, organized operations.

Ideal candidates bring cash handling experience, strong communication skills, and a reliable work ethic. The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays and may require a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Customer service or cashier experience preferred.
• Basic computer and cash‑handling skills.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Valid driver's license may be required depending on the location.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Issue parking tickets and process cash, credit card, and electronic payments accurately.
• Operate parking equipment and POS systems.
• Answer guest questions regarding parking rates, policies, and directions.
• Monitor vehicle entry and exit to maintain efficient traffic flow.
• Balance cash drawer and complete daily transaction and revenue reports.
• Report equipment issues, safety hazards, accidents, or suspicious activity.
• Keep the booth and work area clean, organized, and well‑stocked.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Follow company policies, attendance standards, and safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
