Job summary

East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania is seeking a Student Worker to support the Parking Team. You will provide customer service to the campus community regarding parking and vehicle registration, and issue parking permits.

Successful candidates will be trained to operate computer systems, phone lines, and radio dispatch, and to provide accurate information about parking. Hours are 8-10 per week (part time) for Fall 2026, located at 161 Smith Street, ground floor.

Qualifications

• Must follow directions and multitask.
• Able to answer phones and perform radio dispatch.
• No prior disciplinary incidents on campus.
• Current ESU student.
