Qualifications

• Currently enrolled undergraduate student at East Stroudsburg University.
• Professional, organized, and dependable with a high degree of integrity.
• Report to work as scheduled, complete assignments, respond to communication quickly.
• Must have a positive attitude and be courteous with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must speak clearly on the phone, with a positive, upbeat, and courteous attitude.
• Ability to communicate and work well with a diverse staff and other students.

Responsibilities

• Greet and support students, campus visitors and other professionals with department resources.
• Must be proficient in the use of Office Windows-Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
• Should have excellent communication skills, written and verbal, be able to answer phones and take messages when necessary.
• Handle and deliver mail received by the office daily.
• Make copies as requested by professors. Assist professors with any special events as requested.
• Maintain a high quality of professionalism and ethical behavior.
