Job summary

University of Oklahoma is hiring for a Campus Operator in the OU IT department. The role involves transferring inbound calls for the Norman and OKC campuses, with shifts between 8am and 5pm CST, Monday through Friday.

Training will total about 4-6 hours and the position does not require providing IT support to callers. Must be enrolled for Fall 2026 as an undergraduate student in good standing at OU; background check is not required.

Position Introduction:

OU IT is currently hiring for the position of Campus Operator. This position transfers inbound calls for the Norman and OKC campuses. Shifts take place between 8am-5pm CST, Monday through Friday.
