Job summary

University of Oklahoma is seeking student workers to join the OU Athletic Ticket Office. You will assist customers in purchasing and distributing tickets, both over the phone and in person, and support game day operations. Expect to work select home events, including all home football games through halftime.

Strong communication and basic computer skills are required. You should be available nights and weekends and be willing to learn ticketing software quickly.

• Must be currently enrolled in Fall 2026 Term as an undergraduate student in good standing at the University of Oklahoma.
• Hiring contingent upon verification of current student status.

Position Introduction

As an employee of the OU Athletic Ticket Office, you will be the front line of the athletic department. You will work with other student workers to assist in the operations of the OU Athletic Ticket Office. You will be assisting customers in purchasing and/or distributing tickets over the phone and/or in person. Candidates should be able to communicate effectively with the public and co-workers. Students must be willing to work select home sporting events, but it will be mandatory for student workers to work all home football games until halftime.
