Job summary

Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC) seeks a supervisor to manage a general services unit, including parking, mail and space planning, ensuring efficient service delivery. This full-time role requires a Bachelor’s degree with supervisory experience or an equivalent seven-year combination of education and experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with three years of supervisory experience or equivalent seven-year combination of education and supervision.
• Experience in a university setting and asset management systems are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of general services including parking and mail services.
• Assist with space allocation and office setup.
• Ensure smooth workflow and service delivery.
• Monitor service performance and efficiency.
• Train and supervise general services staff.
• Assign duties and manage schedules.
• Conduct performance evaluations.
• Maintain records of surplus assets and equipment.
• Maintain high service standards for internal departments.
• Travel between Midland, TX and Odessa, TX locations.
• Coordinate campus events, logistics, scheduling and on-site support.
