The ideal candidate has 9+ years in management with a strong background in facilities, engineering, and capital projects, plus leadership and regulatory experience to support TTUHSC’s mission and safe, reliable infrastructure.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree plus five years of progressively responsible management experience or a combination equaling nine years.
• Experience in construction, facilities operations, physical plant management, engineering, or facility maintenance of large complex organizations.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and strategic planning skills; ability to manage resources and meet deadlines.
• Experience in regulated environments and healthcare-related facilities is desirable.

• Directs, plans, coordinates and supervises the operation of a specialized unit or department.
• Develops and implements policies; administers budget; negotiates with stakeholders.
• Leads facilities operations, maintenance, renovation, and capital improvement programs.
• Represents the organization with regulatory agencies, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ensures safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across multiple campuses.
