Job summary

Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC) seeks a supervisor to manage a general services unit, including parking, mail and space planning, ensuring efficient service delivery. This full-time role requires a Bachelor’s degree with supervisory experience or an equivalent seven-year combination of education and experience.

Position Description

Manages a unit within a department. Plans, organizes and developsgoals and procedures for the unit. Represents the unit toadministrators, outside agencies and others on relevant matters.Supervises subordinate staff.

Major/Essential Functions

Occasional Duties

• Travel between Midland, TX and Odessa, TX locations.
• Coordinatesupport the planning, coordination, and execution ofcampus events and activities for students, faculty, staff, and thebroader campus community. This position assists with eventlogistics, scheduling, communication, and on-site support to ensureevents are organized, engaging, and successful.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus three years of supervisoryexperience
• OR a combination of education and/or supervisory experience toequal seven years.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a University setting
• Experience with an asset management system
