Job summary

Rung for Women seeks a detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to keep the campus safe, clean, and well-maintained. You will handle daily inspections, coordinate maintenance requests, and support events while ensuring operations meet high standards.

The role requires strong organization, customer service, and problem-solving skills. Typical schedule is Monday–Thursday with additional hours as needed, and occasional Friday–Sunday shifts may occur to support campus activities.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in facilities management, building operations, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, hospitality, or related discipline preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain campus safety, cleanliness, and maintenance readiness.
• Triage and dispatch maintenance, IT service requests, and vendor issues.
• Prepare operational reports and monitor inventory and assets.
