Job summary

PRS seeks an experienced Facilities & Property Manager to oversee operation, maintenance, safety, cleanliness, and readiness of a large multi-use community campus. This role ensures that buildings, grounds, offices, meeting spaces, worship and event venues remain safe, welcoming, functional, and prepared for programs and activities.

• Experience managing facilities and operations for large campuses.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent vendor management and safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility and grounds operations.
• Open, close, and secure buildings; monitor access and security.
• Coordinate room setups, events, and audiovisual readiness.
• Supervise custodial staff and ensure cleaning standards.
• Ensure health, safety, fire, and occupancy compliance; conduct inspections.
• Maintain maintenance records, schedules, and logs; manage external contractors.
• Track facility expenses and support budgeting and reporting.
