Job summary

The Lighthouse, part of Whalar Group, is seeking a Campus Support in Venice, CA to ensure our studios, spaces, cafe, and restrooms run smoothly and look their best. You'll monitor campus areas, manage supplies, reset rooms, support events, assist cafe operations, and help maintain a clean, welcoming environment for members, guests, and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with strong attention to detail and customer service.
• Comfortable with physical work: lifting up to 30 lbs, standing, and moving across spaces.
• Flexible availability, including daytime, evenings, and weekends.
• Excellent communication and ability to work independently or on a team.
• Passion for creativity and contributing to a collaborative, inclusive culture.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain campus areas indoors, outdoors, and perimeters to ensure a safe, welcoming environment.
• Track and manage inventory of supplies, communicating needs to avoid shortages.
• Reset and clean meeting rooms, studios, restrooms, and member areas.
• Support studio and AV teams with event setups, resets, and production needs.
• Keep the café, scullery, prep kitchen, and restrooms spotless, sanitized, and safe.
• Manage trash, dishware, and utensils to maintain health and safety standards.
• Report maintenance issues promptly and assist managers with additional tasks.
• Maintain attention to detail and space readiness; assist with set up/tear down for events.
• Assist with café operations including food prep, service, and POS transactions.
• Engage in ongoing training and use campus tools for communication and organizing.
