Job summary

The Lighthouse, part of Whalar Group, is seeking a PT Receptionist for its Venice, CA campus. You will greet guests, manage reception operations, and support events while delivering excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years in hospitality or customer service, are comfortable with CRM platforms, and can work evenings or weekends. This role reports to the Assistant General Manager and offers a dynamic, creative environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in hospitality or customer service.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms; ability to learn new systems.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Strong communication and connection-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members and guests upon arrival with a warm, professional welcome.
• Understand campus operations and provide information about events and services.
• Manage day-to-day reception operations: check-ins, meeting-room scheduling, and coordination with Valet, Security, and campus leadership.
• Assist with event setup and check-in for large brand partnership events.
• Become proficient with Peoplevine CRM and leverage it to support members.
