Job summary

The Lighthouse, part of Whalar Group, operates a creative campus and studio for the Creator Generation in Venice. As Campus Support, you help keep studios, common spaces, restrooms and café running smoothly, ensuring every area is tour-ready and welcoming for members, guests, and staff.

You’ll monitor campus areas, manage supplies, reset rooms, support events, assist café operations, and help with setup/teardown and ongoing training.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in fast-paced environments with strong attention to detail and customer service.
Able to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks in indoor/outdoor spaces.
Flexible availability including daytime, evenings, and weekends.
Excellent communication and ability to work independently or in a team.
Interest in creativity and contributing to a collaborative culture.

Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain campus areas indoors, outdoors, and perimeters to ensure a safe, clean, welcoming environment.
Track and manage inventory of supplies and communicate needs to avoid shortages.
Reset and clean meeting rooms, studios, restrooms, and member areas.
Support studio and AV teams with event setups, resets, and production needs.
Keep the café, scullery, prep kitchen, and restrooms spotless, sanitized, and safe.
Assist with café operations including food prep, service, and dishwashing as needed.
Assists in other duties requested by managers; participate in high-energy event setups and tear downs.
