DTS-DC is seeking a Campus Operations Support role to provide on-site assistance for weekend hybrid classes and campus events. You will be the primary on-site contact, welcoming students, coordinating classrooms, and ensuring IT and security needs are met.

You will also plan eight annual campus events, coordinate with the host church, and support regional sites in the Northeast. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Weekend Classroom Coverage: serve as primary on-site contact for 7-12 hybrid weekend classes, prepare and pass out badges, manage campus announcements and snacks.
• Classroom Support: set up classrooms, coordinate IT needs with IT Analyst, ensure security and accessibility, and distribute information to students and faculty.
• Host Church Liaison: coordinate with the host church, secure classroom usage, manage space accessibility and maintenance.
• Events Hosting & Communications: plan and execute on-campus events, coordinate volunteers and communications for newsletters.
• Northeast Regional Support: liaise with regional sites, plan multi-site logistics, and coordinate travel for staff.
