Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle office coverage: answer phones, assist with sign-in/sign-out of keys, and address walk-in questions.
• Inspect life safety certificates when necessary.
• File documents and manage clerical tasks.
• Enter work orders when calls come in.
• Learn basic operation of the T2 parking services system.
• Address questions on parking permits, appeals and procedures.
• Understand and be knowledgeable of Parking Rules and Regulations.
