Job summary

Qualifications

• Front office support experience or customer-facing duties recommended.
• Familiarity with FERPA training or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and assist callers, in-person and online.
• Answer housing and meal plan questions and provide information on university programs.
• Operate basic departmental databases and office systems.
• Create basic spreadsheets using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Residence Life.
