Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service to students, including maintaining a professional appearance.
• Assist students visiting the Falcon Bazaar Food and Necessities Pantry and the Professional Clothing Closet in locating, selecting, and signing out items using PantrySoft.
• Maintain accurate records of student visits and inventory of items using PantrySoft.
• Assist with processing and fulfilling online orders placed through PantrySoft for pickup at the Falcon Bazaar.
• Maintain bazaar stock and tidiness, including moving and unpacking boxes, and organizing shelves and clothing racks.
• Attend bi-weekly/monthly 1:1 meetings with supervisors and monthly in-service staff training sessions.
• Help plan, set up, staff, and break down displays for outreach events, donation drives, and campus tabling.
• Help create content for the office's social media to promote programs, services, and events.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
