Job summary

• Comprehend OneCard process with basic knowledge; ask questions when needed.
• Demonstrate strong written and spoken communication, phone skills, and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Produce new OneCards and replace for campus community.
• Collect payment for card replacements.
• Troubleshoot OneCard issues and assist with admin tasks (word processing, calls, social media notices, email replies).
• Follow OneCard Office policies and protect data integrity.
