IDEA Public Schools is seeking a Cafeteria Assistant Manager to support the Cafeteria Manager at the campus level. You will lead the CNP team, ensure nutritious, appealing meals, manage inventory, and handle sales data while coordinating with the Cafeteria Manager to uphold program goals.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years in food service, leadership experience, and proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience: 2+ years in food service or hospitality.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the team to execute the approved menu 100% daily.
• Ensure every student receives a reimbursable meal.
• Maintain counting and claiming compliance during service.
• Enter counts into internal trackers and PrimeroEdge.
• Lead operations to meet budgeted participation and audits.
