IDEA Public Schools is seeking a Cafeteria Assistant Manager to support the Cafeteria Manager in leading the CNP team at the campus level. You will ensure meals meet USDA standards, place orders weekly, monitor food production quality, and maintain sales records with strong customer service for parents and students.

The role includes data entry, inventory management, and collaboration with the Cafeteria Manager to advance College For All on campus.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in food service, restaurant, or hospitality industry required.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Direct the team to execute the approved menu 100% every day.
• Ensure every student participating in the meal program takes a reimbursable meal.
• Ensure all counting and claiming are compliant.
• Observe that counting and claiming is happening at time of service.
• Enter all counts correctly into internal trackers and PrimeroEdge.
