IDEA Public Schools in Texas is seeking a Cafeteria Assistant Manager to assist the Cafeteria Manager in leading the campus CNP team. You''ll ensure meals meet USDA standards, place weekly orders, monitor food production quality, and deliver nutritious and appealing meals for all students.

Responsibilities include maintaining sales records, processing payments, data entry, customer service, inventory management, and coordinating with the Cafeteria Manager to advance College For All.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience: 2+ years in food service, restaurant, or hospitality.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Valid Texas driver''s license required.
• Valid Food Handler''s Card preferred (within 30 days).

Responsabilités

• Direct the team to execute the approved menu 100% every day.
• Ensure every student participates in the meal program with a reimbursable meal.
• Ensure counting and claiming methods are compliant and accurate.
• Enter counts into internal trackers and PrimeroEdge.
• Recruit and develop staff, hold weekly huddles, review timesheets every week.
