The University of Texas at Austin's Parking and Transportation Services seeks an Ambassador Assistant Supervisor to lead Student Ambassadors and promote campus safety mobility. You will coordinate safety messaging, supervise the weekend Shop Shuttle program, and ensure excellent customer service while upholding campus policies.

This part-time role requires strong leadership, reliability, and a valid Texas driver's license, with a schedule around 24 hours per week during the fall semester.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three years’ leadership experience and at least one year supervisory experience.
• Strong customer-service skills with attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual and available to work fall semester.
• Valid Texas driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the Ambassador program and supervise assigned staff.
• Coordinate Student Ambassadors’ campus-safety messaging and outreach.
• Supervise Shop Shuttle roster, keys, and devices; ensure proper handoff and collection.
• Prepare operation and status reports; participate in required trainings and check-ins.
• Answer questions and educate the public on safety rules and campus mobility practices.
