Job summary

The University of Texas at Austin Parking and Transportation Services seeks a Sure Walk Coordinator to manage a late-night safety program serving students on UT campus. You will supervise student staff, coordinate nightly operations, and support program development with campus partners.

Responsibilities include incident response, policy adherence, and collaboration with departments to enhance rider safety and service delivery. Weekend and evening hours are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and at least 3 years coordinating programs or similar experience.
• Ability to lead and support student staff and communicate effectively.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects and work independently.
• Commitment to student safety and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hiring, training, and monthly staff meetings; supervise staff and operate designated vehicles nightly.
• Maintain knowledge of policies and incident response; report incidents and participate in meetings.
• Represent Sure Walk and UT Night Rides at campus and community events; foster stakeholder relationships.
