Greystar in Tempe seeks a part-time campus leasing representative to generate interest for a 2027 Lease Up community and drive leasing traffic via external marketing outreach.

You will talk to leasing prospects about housing needs, distribute literature on campus, and attend housing fairs and high-traffic campus events to promote the community.

Starting October 2026, this role offers performance-based bonuses and reflects the dynamic campus leasing environment in the Tempe area.

• Generates excitement and interest about the assigned community during all external marketing outreach.
• Attends housing fairs, sporting events, orientations, high-traffic on-campus locations and other large campus events to market the respective community.
