Greystar Worldwide, LLC seeks a part-time leasing outreach specialist in Springfield, MO to drive traffic to the leasing office and represent the property at student events. You will engage prospects, distribute materials, and participate in campus housing fairs to showcase the community.

You will work on-site, coordinating external marketing efforts with a focus on campus engagement; compensation may include bonuses based on performance and company metrics.

Responsibilities

• Generates excitement and interest about the assigned community during all external marketing outreach.
• Talks to leasing prospects about community and housing needs.
• Distributes literature and promotional items on campus and at popular student hangouts.
• Attends housing fairs, sporting events, orientations, high traffic on-campus locations and other large campus events to market the respective community.
