Job summary

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints, floor plans, and specs for electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC work.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on equipment, plumbing, and structures.
• Assist other maintenance personnel and respond to emergencies or service requests.
• Follow work orders, keep work areas clean, and communicate status updates.
