Job summary

Campus Apartments seeks an enthusiastic Leasing Agent for our Lancaster Campus. The role supports day-to-day property operations to ensure customer satisfaction and financial stability, assisting in leasing, renewals, and occupancy management.

You will handle applications, coordinate licenses, and support marketing and retention programs, while maintaining professional communication with residents and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing to achieve full occupancy and manage renewal processes.
• Maintain accurate property availability records and renewal reports.
• Process rental applications with the General Manager for approval.
• Coordinate licenses/renewals with legal counsel and the City.
• Assist with check-out and inspections of vacated units.
• Respond promptly to resident concerns and report to the General Manager.
