Job summary

Tailwind Group is hiring a part-time Community Assistant for The Landing CoMo in Columbia, MO. You will deliver high-quality customer service to residents, assist with leasing inquiries, tours, and show units, and support office staff while maintaining a welcoming community environment.

This 172-unit student housing property emphasizes a strong team culture and resident experience, with rotating nights and weekends, on-site work, and a $15.00/hour base plus bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Prefer residents live onsite and be currently enrolled at the university.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects.
• Strong administrative, organizational and communication skills.
• Display integrity, professionalism and teamwork.
• Proactive with a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer service with residents, prospects and vendors.
• Assist with campus and community marketing efforts and events.
• Respond to leasing inquiries, schedule tours and follow up with prospects.
• Assist with annual unit turnover and move-in/move-out procedures.
• Perform front desk and administrative duties.
• Maintain accurate file documentation and collect required fees per policy.
• Gather feedback from residents and relay to the team.
• Respond to after-hours emergency issues as needed.
• Other duties as directed by Property Manager.
