Elior Collegiate Dining, part of Elior North America, is seeking a Unit Chef to oversee culinary operations at Kentucky Wesleyan College in Owensboro, KY. You will supervise kitchen staff, plan menus, and ensure high-quality dining services across multiple locations.

The role emphasizes leadership, coordination with district and campus teams, and adherence to nutrition and customer needs while maintaining service excellence.

Qualifications

• Certification by a recognized culinary institution or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least three years’ experience in culinary management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• At least one year’s experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Planning, organizing, and supervising culinary operations of retail and catering services.
• Planning menus based on market trends, customer preferences, and nutritional considerations.
• Conferring with district managers or other departments regarding daily aspects of dining service.
• Directing and coordinating the work of kitchen staff.
• Other tasks as assigned.
