Job summary

Elior Collegiate Dining at Kentucky Wesleyan College in Owensboro, KY, seeks an experienced Kitchen Manager for onsite leadership of campus dining operations. You will supervise culinary teams, plan menus, and coordinate with district managers to ensure excellent service across multiple locations.

The role requires travel, a minimum of three years in culinary management, and strong leadership and communication skills. This is a full-time onsite position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Certification by a recognized culinary institution or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
• At least three years’ experience in culinary management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Planning, organizing, and supervising culinary operations of retail and catering services.
• Planning menus based on market trends, customer preferences, and nutritional considerations.
• Conferring with district managers or other departments regarding daily aspects of dining service.
• Directing and coordinating the work of kitchen staff.
• Other tasks as assigned.
