Wiley College is seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our Information Technology team in Marshall, TX. This mid‑level role focuses on desktop/endpoint support and Apple device management using Jamf Pro, serving faculty, staff, and students.

You will work closely with the IT Administrator to maintain a secure computing environment campus‑wide, manage AD and Microsoft 365 accounts, and handle tickets via SolarWinds Service Desk in a fast‑paced educational setting.

Formación

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on IT support in higher education or professional setting.
• Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and macOS environments.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory user/computer management; Microsoft 365 admin.
• Strong customer service orientation with good verbal and written communication.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 desktop/endpoint support for Windows and macOS devices.
• Image, deploy, and maintain faculty and staff devices using standardized configurations.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and escalate complex problems as needed.
• Manage help desk tickets in SolarWinds Service Desk with documentation.
• Support AD/Exchange and Google Workspace integration and device onboarding.
