Job summary

Webster University is seeking an IT Support Technician to deliver comprehensive technical support for faculty, staff, students, and affiliates. The role supports end-user issues, classroom and multimedia technologies, and IT asset management across Webster University locations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience providing technical support to end users in a computing environment.
• Experience with classroom technology, AV, and events is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support via in-person, remote, phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Install, configure, maintain, troubleshoot hardware, software, and devices.
• Document incidents, assets, and work performed in the ITSM system.
• Support classroom and AV equipment, livestreams, and hybrid events.
• Assist with asset management, deployments, and lifecycle processes.
