Webster University is seeking a Senior IT Support Lead to act as the senior technical resource for the IT Support team across Webster University. This role delivers advanced end-user support, service desk operations, classroom/AV tech support, endpoint administration, and IT asset management while serving as the primary escalation point for complex issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of enterprise desktop support, service desk, or related tech support experience.
• Experience as a technical lead or primary escalation point in a higher education or complex tech environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-user support, service desk operations, classroom/AV tech support, and asset management.
• Escalate and resolve complex technical issues, mentor junior staff, and drive operational improvements.
• Provide classroom, laboratory, and event technology support across Webster University locations.
• Administer endpoint management platforms and coordinate deployments, upgrades, and audits.
• Document issues, actions, and resolutions in the ITSM system and maintain technical standards.
