• Experience with Windows, macOS, M365, network basics, and AV tech.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced end-user support and service desk operations.
• Support classrooms, labs, conference rooms, and events with AV tech.
• Manage IT asset records, inventory, procurement, deployment, and lifecycle.
• Lead technology deployments, OS upgrades, and campus projects.
• Mentor IT Support Technicians and student workers.
