Community College Preparatory Academy is seeking an IT Support professional to resolve escalated technology issues affecting learning and operations. You will document incidents, maintain assets, and provide guidance to Tier 1 staff and student workers.

Responsibilities include provisioning devices and access, ensuring security and privacy, and supporting deployments and asset records. Strong communication and confidential-record-keeping are essential in a campus-based environment.

Qualificações

• At least two years of relevant admin or tech-support experience.
• Strong follow-through, judgment, and confidential record-keeping.
• Ability to work with students and staff in a campus setting.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and resolve escalated endpoint, application, account, network, classroom-technology, and peripheral issues.
• Document incidents, troubleshooting, resolution, assets, and recurring problems in the service system.
• Provision and maintain devices, applications, accounts, and access according to approved controls.
• Escalate security, privacy, outage, and vendor issues promptly.
• Create usable knowledge articles and coach Tier 1 staff or end users.
• Support technology deployments, inventory, preventive maintenance, and event needs.
